Refund Policy: Terms & Conditions
1. The hours of the summer camp are from 9.00am to 3pm. There is an early drop off available from 8:30am. DSD AC will not be responsible for any child left unsupervised outside of these hours.
2. DSD AC will not be responsible for children who are not dropped and collected from inside the track enclosure area.</li>
3. The DSD Athletics Summer Camps are strictly for children aged between 7-16 years.
4. Each summer camp will be priced at €160. There are no refunds available once the booking is completed.
5. Every camp attendee receives a DSDAC goodie bag.
6. DSD will only accept online bookings.
7. Photographs and videos may be taken over the duration of the camps and will only be used for DSDAC Camp promotional purposes.
8. The camp will operate on the highest safety standards. DSD shall not be responsible for any illness, disease, accident, or loss of property unless occasioned by the wilful act of negligence on the part of the camp or its employees.
9. DSD has the right to refuse admission or to dismiss a participant whose conduct is deemed detrimental to other participants of the camp or DSDAC camp staff. In such instances, no refunds will be made and any additional costs incurred including transport, will be at the parents’/guardians’ expense. Parents/guardians shall be liable for any medical expenses incurred.
10. In the event of any child becoming unwell on the camp, the parent/guardian will be contacted and asked to collect the child immediately.
11. In the event of an Orange or Red Weather Warning by Met Eireann via the national weather warning system, the camp will be closed for the period of the warning and parents notified as early as possible. As our costs will remain the same, refunds will not be possible in this situation. Outside the hours of the warning the camp will be open.
12. Parents will be required to complete a medical consent form for any children who are required to take medication during camp hour
